Regional Sales Manager urgently required for important position within a highly innovative Asset Management software company which specializes in providing solutions for asset-intensive organisations.
You will be responsible for developing and closing enterprise business across the Nordic territories (and also Benelux and Germany if you live in Netherlands or Germany).
This is a pre-IPO software company which is doubling year on year. Excellent Stock component comes with the offer which means next 3-5 year journey will be very exciting! This is a home-based position and ideally you will live in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands or Germany.
The successful candidate will have a proven successful track record selling enterprise software solutions into large asset-intensive organisations (for example Utilities (electricity, gas, water or O&G/Mining) or Transportation industries). With experience selling into senior level executives, and navigating complex organizations and experience with the Complex Sale methodology.
This is a sale "hunter" position with a strategic market and business development focus. You will drive the identification and qualification of opportunities while executing account strategy and generating license, support and services revenues. You will be facilitating and maintaining successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their reference ability, customer satisfaction levels, increased revenue levels and overall account penetration.
This is a critical role for the European Sales team and one which will come with lots of opportunities.
