About the Role
A rapidly growing scale-up is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with electric DNO/DSO utilities in the DACH region. This is an exciting role with a cutting-edge AI-driven software company specialising in energy utilities asset management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing accounts within the DACH region, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Coordinate with partners and customers to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
- Engage in strategic planning while occasionally handling operational tasks to support customer success
Skills:
- Proven experience in complex enterprise software account management, preferably within the energy utilities sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality, with a willingness to dive into operational tasks
- Fluency in German and English
