About the Role
Solutions Consultant (UK) urgently required for an important position within a highly innovative software company which specialises in providing solutions for asset-intensive organisations (large multi-million dollar deals).
Please note this position can be based anywhere in the UK.
The successful candidate will have experience working with asset rich industries (i.e. Energy, Utilities, O&G, Transportation, Chemical, Pharma etc), ideally in a solution consultant / technical commercial position. Any experience working with asset management, resource planning, GIS or some form of enterprise or analytics solution would be desirable. This is naturally a very customer-facing position.
Ideally you will have a solid technical background e.g. in Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
Your responsibilities will be to support the sales team in meeting new and potential customers, designing and presenting solutions, working on proof-of-concepts, creating proposals and RFPs, doing product demos. You will be part of the EMEA Solutions team and will focus on supporting sales activities in the UK. In summary this is a critical role for the UK team and one which will come with lots of opportunities to grow and develop.
