About the Role
Customer Success Manager required for leading scale-up AI Energy Utilities Asset software company. This role will focus on expanding their existing customer base and will play a crucial part in guiding customers to integrate innovative technology into their business operations and promoting broader adoption within their organizations.
This role can be based in UK, Germany or Netherlands.
Required Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in customer success, consulting, or tech product roles
- Strong project management and software implementation experience
- Familiarity with change management and value capture
- Utility sector experience is a plus
- GIS experience would be desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Exceed expectations and foster positive relationships
- Onboarding & Training: Guide customers through onboarding and software training
- Project Delivery, Program Management and Product Demos
- Executive Engagement, Relationship Management and Customer Advocacy
- Renewals & Upsells: Identify opportunities for renewals and upsells with sales teams
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs such as churn rates and customer satisfaction
