Regional Sales Director, UK&I urgently required for highly-innovative global e-mobility technology company.
This position can be based anywhere in the UK but will require weekly trips to their offices in London.
The successful candidate can come from an e-mobility, fleet software, utilities or even from a telecoms background. However, it is essential that you have excellent sales team leading experience.
In this position you will be responsible for managing the sales team in the UK. You will therefore have a team quota to carry as well as an individual target which will be tied to closing some of the larger deals they are working on. In short you will be the commercial leader.
Further responsibilities include: - making the sales team excel! - managing and recruiting their channel partners ensuring they know how to be successful, maxime their value, and also ensure they are scalable (please note they already have some onboard) - eagerness to learn new cutting-edge technology.

Sales Account Manager urgently required for important position within a global Utility-focused Smart Grid solutions provider. This position can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you are comfortable with frequent travel to meet customers.
The successful candidate will have one of the following backgrounds: 1. Will come from an account management background with a good track record of growing / farming utility accounts, and now looking to step up into a more senior role, Or; 2. Come from a consulting background and looking to move into a more commercially focused position. In either case, it's important that you've worked in the utilities industry, preferably electricity or gas distribution networks / DNOs.
Your responsibilities will be: 1. Strategically grow 3 - 4 existing accounts in the UK by discovering opportunities. This will involve significant day-to-day account management; 2. Predominately selling services such as grid and data management, software development services (DevOps) and outage management. 3. Acts as primary contact with specified accounts by: a.) acting as liaison for all communications to and from the account; b.) determining the sales strategy and follow-up; and c.) negotiating and implementing approved contracts.
