Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Use your operational skills to optimise and manage marketing processes.
- HubSpot & WordPress Integration: Masterfully manipulate HubSpot and WordPress to craft forms, newsletters, and more.
- Sales Development Process: Own the sales development process, ensuring smooth lead transitions to the sales team.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- KPI Management: Execute and evaluate marketing activities, including events and webinars, based on key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Maintain top-notch standards in reporting and analytics.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Successful Track Record: Proven success in a senior marketing role, particularly in smaller firms.
- HubSpot Mastery: Deep experience with HubSpot and its integration with WordPress.
- Marketing Execution: Hands-on experience in managing events, webinars, and third-party suppliers.
Flexibly Working - work remotely within London / Home Counties, meeting up with the CMO in London once a week
