About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to drive forecasting, accountability, and execution across commercial teams. This is a pivotal position within a growth AI-Powered Field Service Management company.

Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, you’ll own the operating cadence and help scale a predictable revenue engine.

What you’ll do:

  • Run deal desk and improve velocity and quality
  • Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
  • Drive accountability across commercial teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize the full funnel
  • Build and scale a modern RevOps function

What we’re looking for:

  • RevOps / Revenue Strategy leadership experience (enterprise SaaS or high-growth)
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • HubSpot experience (preferred)
  • AI-forward approach to automation and efficiency
  • Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Confident operator who drives outcomes and accountability
