About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to drive forecasting, accountability, and execution across commercial teams. This is a pivotal position within a growth AI-Powered Field Service Management company.
Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, you’ll own the operating cadence and help scale a predictable revenue engine.
What you’ll do:
- Run deal desk and improve velocity and quality
- Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
- Drive accountability across commercial teams
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize the full funnel
- Build and scale a modern RevOps function
What we’re looking for:
- RevOps / Revenue Strategy leadership experience (enterprise SaaS or high-growth)
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- HubSpot experience (preferred)
- AI-forward approach to automation and efficiency
- Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Confident operator who drives outcomes and accountability
