Technical Customer Support Engineer, Europe, urgently required for important position to provide excellent technical customer support and customer service to partners and direct businesses using Electric Vehicle charging technology.
Please note you must be fluent in German for this position. This position will be based in Amsterdam.
You must have a passion for the EV industry as well as being highly passionate about providing excellent customer support. You must have proven in-depth experience of delivering excellent customer service. Technical Customer Service Engineer should have a balance of being outgoing and customer oriented, with technical proficiency in networking and/or electrical engineering. You should naturally have a desire to learn new skills with emerging products.
Through email, phone, and ticketing contact methods, the Customer Support Engineer will provide administrative and technical network problem resolution to end-users (customer) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Solutions include, but are not limited to, account verification and registration, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues.
Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
