About the Role
We’re seeking a customer-facing Solution Consultant to join a growing, international, product-led AI SaaS company transforming how service organizations operate. This is a classic pre-sales role focused on guiding enterprise customers through complex buying journeys. You can be based remotely anywhere in the US, although they do have offices in CA.
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, help craft tailored solutions, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and business outcomes. You’ll own the demo story, support the commercial teams, and be the technical expert in the room.
While coding or demo configuration isn't required, you must have a deep understanding of the platform and be able to drive strategic, high-impact conversations — including with C-level stakeholders.
You'll contribute to RFPs, lead discovery sessions, and serve as a commercially minded technical advisor.
Ideal candidates will have Field Service Management (FSM) experience.
