Engagement Account Manager, Europe, urgently required for exciting opportunity with an energy analytics software company which provides it's cutting-edge SaaS platform to some of the largest electricity and gas companies in the world.
Please note this position can be homed based in the UK, Netherlands or Spain.
The successful candidate will be a successful Account Manager who has significant experience working as lead point of contact for existing customer account management matters. You will have worked with SaaS technology and ideally have sold this type of solution into the Utilities industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead contact point for existing customers
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate renewals, change orders and support agreements with existing customers
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities in existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell)
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations during and post programs
implementations as needed
