About the Role
REQUIRED: Professional Services Leader to join a global, rapidly scaling AI Field Service Management (FSM) company. Working with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe.
As PS Leader for the UK and Europe, you will build, lead, and scale the PS function. Delivering complex enterprise FSM implementations and driving transformational customer outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement where needed and provides significant influence in a high-growth, international scale-up.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the PS team across the UK and Europe
- Own delivery for large enterprise customers
- Align product capabilities with stakeholder and customer requirements
- Ensure long-term platform value and adoption
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations (SaaS essential; AI, FSM, or EAM desirable)
- Proven PS leadership experience
- Strong expertise in enterprise workflow and system design
- Proactive, flexible, and delivery-focused mindset
- Passion for growth and scaling within a forward-thinking company
