Join a high-growth AI software startup/scale-up delivering a market-leading Field Service Management (FSM) offering to Enterprise customers.

The Role: Global Head of Channel & Partnerships
- Lead and scale a global partner ecosystem across resellers, SIs, and technology partners
- Define vertical/industry focus and build a clear partner GTM strategy
- Drive ARR growth through partner-led and partner-influenced revenue
- Own a commercial quota with a strong commercial focus
- Design and implement scalable partner programmes, incentives, and frameworks
- Build and manage a global team (2–3 direct reports initially, with growth planned)
- Identify, recruit, and enable high-value partners to expand market reach
- Collaborate internally to embed partners into GTM
Requirements:
- Proven experise in driving revenue through partner/channel programmes OR Alternatively having extensive digital anaytical consulting experience
- Experience carrying and exceeding a commercial quota
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Background in FSM or EAM software strongly preferred
- Exposure to asset-intensive industries (energy, utilities, O&G, telecoms) desirable
- Experience in startup/scale-up environments is a plus
A high-impact, strategic leadership role with global scope and strong commercial ownership.
