Solution Architect (Customer Success) urgently required for exciting opportunity with a niche energy analytics software company which provides it's cutting-edge SaaS platform to some of the largest electricity and gas companies in the world.
This position can be home-based anywhere in the US, or from their offices in the Bay Area. There is 25% travel.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Solution Architect ideally with exposure to Cloud-based Utility solutions. Any experience with energy efficiency technology would be great but not essential as long as you are keen learn about it! You must be comfortable speaking to customers about API and data integration, explaining solutions in technical terms including back-end systems (e.g discussion on how data science and machine learning algorithms work). So you must have great Communication skills, to help the customer understand and See the solution!
You will be responsible for owning the overall solution design & development for utility customers while working with the global engineering team. This includes requirement analysis, customer journey scope discussion, data integration, design, solution architecture, implementation, delivery, resolving customer facing technical issues and technical discussion with customers.
Furthermore you will become a product expert by collaborating with utility customers to understand the requirements, map requirements to product features, do product gap analysis and finalize the product customizations and changes.

Salary: $140k - $170k + Bonus + Stock + Benefits
