Delivery Project Manager (Customer Success) urgently required for exciting opportunity with a niche energy analytics software company which provides it's cutting-edge SaaS platform to some of the largest electricity and gas companies in the world.
This position can be based from their offices in the South Bay Area, or can be based from home anyway in the US. There is a 25% travel requirement (which is usually one trip a month where you are away for 2 - 3 nights).
The successful candidate will have previously worked for a software company, System Integrator or Consultancy as a client facing Project Manager. Ideally you will be familiar with IT technology and software in general and may even come from a technical background. It would be advantageous if you've managed complex software delivery projects into the energy utility sector. Project experience could be any consumer-facing solutions, or eCommerce for a energy retailer, Meter Data Management systems (MDMS), energy management / efficiency technology, or utility.com (anything to do with their website or call center). Experience working in an Agile environment is highly beneficial.
Please note this is not a pure IT PM position but one in which you are responsible for delivering my client's SaaS solution into a utility customer on time and on budget!
So your excellent work will be imperative to keep the customer happy and an ongoing positive relationship.
