Sales Director (Chicago) - Energy Analytics SaaS / Utilities / Smart Grid

$100k - £150k base / $250-300k OTE + Stock

Job Description

Sales Director (Chicago) urgently required for exciting opportunity with a niche energy analytics software company which provides it's cutting-edge SaaS platform to some of the largest electricity and gas companies in the world.

This position will ideally be home-based in the Chicago area and will cover this region (Central/Midwest).

Any experience selling into Utilities or even Exelon would be beneficial. The successful candidate will be an intelligent sales and business development professional who has a good educational background and a proven track record in selling into Regulated IOU Utilities. My client is looking for someone who is dynamic and hungry to take the next step in their sales career. Experience selling any of the following technologies would be highly desirable: Energy Efficiency / Demand Management / Demand Response / Distributed Energy Resources / AMI.

You will join a talented US sales team and will report directly into the VP of Sales.
