Senior Account Director required to drive Climate Tech Solutions Across Europe!

We need a UK-based senior SaaS sales professional with experience selling into Utilities and a track record of big-ticket 7 fig SaaS deals in Germany/DACH markets. You need to be a native German speaker.
You'll work remotely in the UK but collaborate regularly in our London office.
Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll lead sales of our flagship AI SaaS product into major Utilities (DSO / DNO), targeting ARR from £500k - £1.5m.
Experience in German/DACH markets is key; you’ll dive into initial pilots of 3-6 month sales cycle, backed by a high performing BDR team supplying most leads.
Your role? Not just winning new clients, but cultivating relationships for long-term growth (upsell/cross-sell). Focusing on the UK, DACH and Northern Europe.
