About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Head of GTM Systems & Architecture to drive forecasting, accountability, and execution across our commercial teams at a high-growth AI-powered Industrial software company.
Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, you’ll own the GTM operating cadence and help scale a predictable revenue engine across a global, remote-first organization.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end GTM / RevOps systems and operating cadence
- Run pipeline reviews, forecasting, inspection, sales hygiene, quotas, and territory planning
- Partner with commercial leadership on segmentation, planning, and executive reporting
- Architect and manage the GTM tech stack including CRM, data warehouse, enrichment/signals, engagement tools, analytics, and AI layers
- Design and deploy AI-native and agentic workflows for GTM automation
- Build workflows for lead scoring, routing, account research, meeting prep, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and customer health monitoring
- Own GTM data model, dashboards, and tooling strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Leadership experience in GTM Systems & Architecture, RevOps, or Revenue Strategy within enterprise SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and the full revenue lifecycle
- Experience with LLMs, Claude, agentic frameworks, and production automations
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Strong judgment on buy vs. build decisions
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B commercial motions with technical purchasers and long cycles
- HubSpot experience preferred
