About the Role
We’re seeking a customer-facing, technically-minded Principal Consultant to engage IT and business teams, translate customer needs into actionable priorities, and own relationships end-to-end. If you thrive at the intersection of Product, Tec and CS this role is for you.
This remote Germany-based role starts as an individual contributor, collaborating with delivery and development teams. While supported by a Sol Architect, you’ll lead delivery and manage customer outcomes, including go-live and post-sales efforts if desired.
What You’ll Do:

Be the lead customer liaison, solving complex challenges with a deep understanding of business and technical needs

Align product capabilities with stakeholder requirements

Drive delivery for large enterprise customers

Lead discovery, support UAT, and manage go-live

Ensure long-term platform value

Coordinate internal teams (PM, Dev, SA, CS) to deliver success
You Bring:

Exceptional customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

Strong experience in digital/IT transformation projects

Tech-savvy, solution-focused, and comfortable with complexity

Proven ability to manage large enterprise projects

Strong communication and emotional intelligence

FSM, Telecom, or Utilities experience is a plus
