About the Role

We’re seeking a customer-facing, technically-minded Principal Consultant to engage IT and business teams, translate customer needs into actionable priorities, and own relationships end-to-end. If you thrive at the intersection of Product, Tec and CS this role is for you.

This remote Germany-based role starts as an individual contributor, collaborating with delivery and development teams. While supported by a Sol Architect, you’ll lead delivery and manage customer outcomes, including go-live and post-sales efforts if desired.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the lead customer liaison, solving complex challenges with a deep understanding of business and technical needs

  • Align product capabilities with stakeholder requirements

  • Drive delivery for large enterprise customers

  • Lead discovery, support UAT, and manage go-live

  • Ensure long-term platform value

  • Coordinate internal teams (PM, Dev, SA, CS) to deliver success

You Bring:

  • Exceptional customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong experience in digital/IT transformation projects

  • Tech-savvy, solution-focused, and comfortable with complexity

  • Proven ability to manage large enterprise projects

  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence

  • FSM, Telecom, or Utilities experience is a plus
