About the Role
Global Partner Director urgently needed for a pivotal role within a highly innovative software company specializing in providing solutions for asset-intensive organizations (large multimillion-dollar deals).
You will be tasked with managing the global strategic partner ecosystem for my client, comprising SIs and ISVs, such as Siemens, Accenture, Atkins, Egis, Capgemini, PWC, SAP, and local Tier 2 partners within respective regions. Initially, the focus will be on cultivating a pipeline in the EMEA region and successfully closing existing opportunities therein. Subsequently, the role will expand to encompass global partner management.
A remote-based position anywhere in Europe, with a preference for the UK, Germany or Spain.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record in international partner management, encompassing both global and EMEA markets, where they have effectively established partnership programs for or with SaaS companies, alongside SI and ISV partners. Crucially, the candidate must have a proven ability to harness partnerships to drive substantial revenue growth. Previous experience as a consultant transitioning into a partnership role would be advantageous, as would familiarity with one or more of the aforementioned partners. Experience in navigating the complexities of enterprise software sales, characterized by consultative selling and long sales cycles, would be desirable.
